Uraziti the Spellblade, Kimin the Shaman, and Milio the Bard make their way up the Howling Valley and into the isolated dwarven city of Law. There, they find hints of what lies before them, impress some strange old dwarves, and take in the sights and smells of the city before making their way even higher to the outer boundary of the Vulturelands.
